Mediatti Broadband Communications, Inc. (MBC), the leading provider of broadband services within U.S. military installations in Okinawa, Japan, has significantly expanded its footprint through the acquisition of Allied Telesis Capital Corporation (ATCC).

ATCC is a triple-play broadband provider serving customers across Mainland Japan, Okinawa, Korea, and the Marshall Islands, in U.S. military installations throughout the region. This strategic acquisition strengthens MBC’s regional presence and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive communications services to military communities abroad.

Last Mile Communications (LMC) played a key role in the transaction, providing diligence services in support of MBC.
